On this floor there is also a separate kitchenette with fridge, sink & two ring hob.

The staircase then leads up to the top floor which is open plan with spacious lounge, dining area, kitchen with feature arches & open fire, a fully fitted modern kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave & dishwasher. There is a large cloakroom on this floor which has wc, basin & shower & large windows surround the top floor which make the most of the villas enviable views.

The grounds surrounding the villa are grassed and stone paved with flowering plants & the large pool has a diving board, bar & barbecue with sun beds, chairs & umbrellas

The villa comfortably sleeps 6 plus there is a further double bed settee in the lounge area.
