Five small villas
of 43,5m2, each with 5
swimming pool(28m2) are located in the
southern
part of Lefkada. The interior of three of the five
villas is architecturally planned into a single area, while the remaining 2
consist of separate rooms and are available according the customer’s
preference.

The villas are 500m away from
the village (Vassiliki) center in a completely serene environment. Built on
5000m2 of land which has been shaped into a most beautiful garden with big
trees and plants. Each villa has a 28m2 swimming pool with its own spacious
private area.
the environment is ideal for couples who wish to enjoy absolute relaxation
and rest. Furthermore, the villas are comfortable and operational for small
families as they can host up to 3 people. There is 1 bedroom with a double
bed, a bathroom, as well as a single area consisting of the living room and
the kitchen. Our autonomous villas are newly built and provide our guests
with all the amenities. A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, hot
plates, toaster and coffee pot, also air conditioning, satellite TV,
hairdryer and iron. Each villa also has its own spacious veranda, swimming
pool and parking.
