| The spacious accommodation is set out over three floors
with external & internal staircases. The Ground Floor sleeps up to four people & has a self contained annexe with access to the first floor. It has one twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes & an en-suite shower room. An open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a microwave, kettle, toaster, oven & TV etc., dining table & additional sleeping, as the settee pulls out to a double bed. It also has its own private patio with table and chairs & sea view. On this floor there is also full use of a laundry room, containing washing machine, iron and ironing board, maiden and freezer. The First Floor has an extremely spacious open plan lounge with log burning fire/soap stone oven, television, satellite and DVD player. There is a pool room with pool table and an ADSL internet connection for those with laptops. There are two large bedrooms off the hallway which include fitted wardrobes and each has their own private balconies. - one of these rooms could also be used as a children's playroom. They sleep three in one bedroom and two in the other, however put me up beds are available for additional sleeping. There is also a large fully equipped bathroom adjacent to the bedrooms. On the first floor there is also a tastefully designed large fully equipped kitchen. The fitted cabinets are made from high quality wood and appliances include dishwasher, gas oven & fridge/freezer. The large dining table seats eight and a high chair is available The kitchen also has the necessary provisions such as tea, coffee, etc . |
